"The paper felt way too flimsy"
I ordered some custom prints the paper stock felt much thinner than I expected. It didn’t feel sturdy or like what was described when I placed the order. The prints themselves also looked a bit dull and not as crisp as I was hoping for. I reached out to support, but the response didn’t really fix the issue or make me feel like it was taken seriously. I’m giving 1 star because the final product just didn’t feel worth what I paid, and I ended up feeling really disappointed with the whole experience...

"I had a problem with my order and…"
I had a problem with my order and ended up having to contact support about a refund or reprint. the back-and-forth was annoying because the communication wasn’t very clear at first. It took a few emails and a bit of waiting before I felt like I was getting a straight answer. They did eventually offer a reprint, and the replacement turned out better, so I’m glad it was fixed in the end. Still, the whole process felt slower and more confusing than it needed to be. Not terrible, but not exactly a great experience either

"Website felt weirdly difficult to use"
I was just trying to place a basic print order, but the whole site made it way harder than it needed to be. The uploads dragged, the options weren’t clear, and I ended up having to redo parts of it twice. After a while I started wondering if the site was glitchy on purpose to push me into extra options or something. I gave up after wasting too much time.

I ordered some flyers from uprinting, i liked how clear the pricing was right from the start. I mean—what I really appreciated was that when I changed the paper, size, or shipping option, the total updated right away, so I wasn’t stuck guessing. No random extra fees showed up at checkout either, which was a nice surprise. The whole checkout process was simple, and I felt like I knew exactly what I was paying for. I’d definitely use them again.

"Pretty Easy, Though Not Perfect"
Uploading the file was really quick, which I appreciated. The preview took a little longer than I expected, so that was a bit annoying, but overall the process was simple enough and I didn’t have much trouble with it.

I made my flyer using their online tool and, it was simple. It took me a few tries to get everything how I wanted it, but yeah... once I placed the order, it all looked good

"Held up better than I thought"
I was surprised these held up as well as they did. The prints made it through shipping and even some rain without any real issues. The corners were bent a little, but overall they still looked good, if that makes sense

"Pretty happy with the print quality"
The prints came out clean, and the colors were close to what I expected. There was one small blurry spot, but it wasn’t bad enough for me to complain about or redo the whole thing. For what I needed, I feel like it was a solid choice, and I’m still happy with how they turned out.

"Easy to Upload, Lots of Options"
I liked that there were a ton of size and paper choices, which was nice because I could actually get it close to what I had in mind. Uploading my design was super easy too. I did spend a minute poking around trying to find a couple of the settings, like where did that go, but once I found them it was all straightforward.

"Helpful in the End, but Took Too Much Effort"
I had to reach out to uprinting customer service about an issue with my order, and it was a bit frustrating. The first response took longer than I expected, so I felt like I was wasting energy just trying to get a clear update. Once I finally got someone to help, they did fix the problem, which I appreciate. It wasn’t the worst experience, but it really should’ve been faster and more straightforward from the beginning. 3 stars feels fair

I had an issue with my order at first, which was a little frustrating since I’m particular about how my prints turn out. Support got back to me and sorted it out without much back-and-forth. It took a little time, but the final prints met my standards and I’m happy with how everything came out.

I ordered a few prints and chose local pickup, and they were ready the same day, which was a nice plus. I did have to wait a little at the counter, but the staff was friendly and helpful once I was helped. The prints came out looking good, so overall it was a smooth experience. I’d probably use it again if I needed quick prints

"Really clean cuts"
I got my flyers back and the trimming was spot on, like every edge looked clean and even, nothing was crooked, no weird little uneven bits, no off-center cuts that would have driven me crazy, so I was happy with how they turned out

"Wish there were more flyer templates"
I went with uprinting because my cousin had used them before for some business cards, and I needed a flyer quickly. The ordering part was straightforward enough, but once I started looking through the templates, there just weren’t as many options as I expected.

Some sizes had templates available, while others didn’t, and a few of the designs felt a little outdated or too plain for what I was trying to make. I also ended up resizing and adjusting things myself, which was frustrating since I was hoping the template would save me time.
Overall, it worked out okay, but I really wish they offered more ready-to-use designs. I’d probably use them again if I already had my own finished file, but not if I was depending on their templates.

"Nice finish overall, with one tiny flaw"
As someone who’s picky about how my business materials look, I was happy with the flyers I ordered from uprinting.com. The finishing looked clean, the edges were sharp, and the coating had a nice quality feel instead of looking cheap or patchy. The colors came out fine too. One stack did have a few flyers with small corner marks, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, they turned out well and I’d order from them again

"Could Barely Hear It"
I could barely hear anything, honestly. I kept turning it up and still felt like I was missing most of it. Come on now, I expected it to be way louder or at least clear enough to actually use without struggling
